Requirements:
- Knowledge of PHP & MySQL
- Familiarity with content management
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, & Javascript (jQuery)
- Functional knowledge of Linux, Unix, & Apache
- eCommerce solutions experience a plus (NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and professional
- Self-motivated, quick learner
- Fix bugs in existing codeProvide creative solutions to problems
- Ability to develop & implement high-quality code in a timely manner is essential
- Strong communication skills as well as strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , Marketing, or Education or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
Responsibilities:
- Develop websites, web applications & content management systems
- Develop & optimize code for internal reporting systems & SQL queries
- Building and maintaining high-traffic databases
- Connect to third-party information using various API techniques
- Develop requirements and planning documentation
- Collaborate with designers & marketing to develop amazing websites/products
- Develop modular, reusable code to reduce implementation times
