As a Producers Incorporated Account Manager you will sell dental plans and other insurance products to individuals and groups that apply through our comprehensive ecommerce platform. Whether it’s through online inquiries, or incoming calls from our website, your job will be to facilitate the successful enrollment of new customers. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced Account Managers as well as formal classroom training in product knowledge and the sales skills necessary for success. No insurance experience is necessary; we encourage confident, motivated individuals looking to start their careers to apply.Compensation:
$400 weekly base pay plus commission and bonuses resulting in average first year weekly earnings of $700-$1,500.Required Skills/Experience:
• Must be passionate and motivated about becoming successful.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Highly effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
